Ailiguan introduces high-strength aluminum alloy cake mold products, which utilize advanced surface treatment technology (hard anodizing) to provide exceptional wear resistance, durability against deformation, and hygienic properties.

DURA MATER TREATMENT

Surface is wear-resistant, scratch-resistant, acid and alkali resistant, easy to clean.

The surface is black-gray, with radiation resistance and heat absorption properties, which can shorten baking time and reduce costs.

Made of high-strength aluminum alloy material, it is not prone to deformation, with fast heat conduction, ensuring stable product quality.

We use imported non-stick coating, poly tetrafluoroethylene (abbreviated as PTHE). This material is resistant to acids, alkalis, and various organic solvents, and is virtually insoluble in all solvents PTFE is also resistant to high temperatures and has an extremely low coefficientof friction, so it can be used for lubrication.

Advantage

High lubricity - has the lowest coefficient of friction of any solid material.

Non-adhesion - has the lowest surface tension of any solid material and does not adhere to any substance.

Non-toxic - physiologically inert, no adverse reaction to long-term implantation as artificial blood vessels and organs.
