1. After cooling the baking tray to room temperature each time, please use a soft cloth or plastic scraper to remove any residue left in the tray. Only use a soft cloth for handling above room temperature.
2. After using the utensils for a period of time, it is recommended to thoroughly clean them with warm water and a small amount of neutral detergent using a soft cloth. After drying the water stains on the surface, bake them at the remaining temperature of the oven (around 80 ℃) for 5-10 minutes to keep them dry before use. Alternatively, you can use a soft cloth dipped in baking pan oil to apply moisture.
3. Do not leave baked or unbaked products in the appliance, as the accumulated moisture, sugar, and starch in the product can corrode and oxidize the metal material at the bottom of the non stick coating, thereby affecting the non stick effect and service life of the coating.
4. The baking tray needs to be cooled before stacking and storing. When storing and stacking, be careful and handle with care to keep the utensils dry. Do not store and stack in damp places. When using, remove and place them up and down to avoid collisions, friction, wear and scratches on the non stick coating caused by careless operation.
5. When removing the film, try to take out the baked goods vertically as much as possible. On the automatic line, it is usually necessary to ensure that the running speed of the conveyor belt is coordinated with the speed of the demolding action to avoid abnormal losses.
6. When cleaning the baking tray, please use non irritating or neutral detergents, do not use strong acids and alkalis, do not rinse with high-pressure water, and do not soak for a long time.
